Lionel Messi has helped Neymar
Brazil legend Ronaldinho has praised Lionel Messi's part in the advancement of Neymar at Barcelona.
Ronaldinho was a senior figure in the Barca group when Messi got through amid the 2004-05 crusade and guided him as he made his initial phases in the team.
Messi, 29, has given a comparative support of Neymar, who is five years his lesser, and Ronaldinho is cheerful to see them succeed.
"When Messi came in, he was a youthful child and there was such a great amount of potential in him," the 36-year-old told correspondents in Chennai where he is contending in a Futsal competition close by any semblance of Ryan Giggs, Paul Scholes and Luis Figo
."I completely appreciated playing with him and we shared an awesome compatibility on the field and off it too.
"I am enchanted to see that Messi is doing to Neymar what I did to him when he came to Barcelona. That is the thing that senior players in the group are required to do."
